Spring Clean

In this blog I thought I'd share some of my favourite refillable cleaning products I've discovered over the past few years.

You may have come across several brands who offer lots of cleaning products under one brand name. I've tried a few of them but to be honest from my experience some of the products are great but others really aren't. And I'm not into subscribing into regular orders, I like to buy things as and when they are needed.

I guess too that's why companies keep their ranges tight and keep fine tuning each item.

I'm still on the lookout for a refillable alternative for Vaikal to tackle limescale, though. I wish these brand leaders would offer 5 litre options. Maybe that indicates how much profit is made on selling single use plastic products? I'm going to give Delphis Limescale Remover a try, as they do sell it in a 5 litre container.

I'll also share my trusty steed, Scrub Daddy which in my opinion is a game changer.

Part of being a yogi is about cleansing and keeping a clean environment. This helps us keep our minds

less cluttered and leads to a happier calmer living

environment.

Here's the list, I've not recommended any retailers

as you can shop around and get the best deals and

shipping costs.

  1. Handwash - Verbena, Arket

  2. Conditioner - Coconut & Argan Oil, Alter/Native

  3. Shampoo - Classic Clean, Head & Shoulders

  4. Newspaper for cleaning glass

  5. Body Wash, Grapefruit & Orange, Faith in Nature

  6. Laundry Liquid - Fresh Linen, Minimal

  7. All Purpose Cleaner - Wild Rubarb, Method

  8. Washing up Liquid - Lemon & Aloe Vera, Ecover

I've previously shared in an earlier blog details about dispensers and labels. It's quite a fun thing to do and I'm sure you'll have your own favourites. I really like amber glass and I'd recommend wipeable printed labels. Etsy good for both of these.

Have a lovely weekend.
