Why not join me for just half an hour everyday?

During the pandemic the idea 'yogaeverydamnday' was born.

 

From January 2021 I invited people to join me on the mat first thing in the morning for just 30 minutes. (On Fridays a little longer).

 

A few words from Virginia.

​

"For years (actually decades) I’ve been trying to find an exercise regime which I can stick to. In January when I got Vikki’s Yoga Every Damn Day email, to be honest I laughed but something drew me back and I decided to give it a try. 

 

It’s been a revelation. 114 sessions later and I am so happy. I do yoga 4-5 times a week: I finally regular exercise I really enjoy. I have fun. I’m improving and that’s fun. I’m stronger. I feel different. It is calming, I set aside things which used to bug me. 

 

Two aspects - quite different - mean it really works for me. First it is convenient and accessible. I can fit in a half hour live on Facebook or video on catch up nearly everyday. I find 30mins very manageable. The other is Vikki’s expert and engaging teaching. Every week is different, every day is different. It’s interesting and challenging - and I’m hooked!"
